PAYMENT OPTIONS:We're just getting our feet wet with this ecommerce stuff. All transactions are through PayPay, for now, see their terms and conditions for more info.
You CAN pay by credit card, choose the "PayPal" option and you will be asked for card info. No PayPal account is required. We also offer and redeem Scootmoto gift certificates. Money Orders and Personal checks are accepted, but orders will not be shipped until the check is received, deposited, and cleared. Make checks payable to "Bryan Bedell," we're still in the process of structuring our corporate legitimacy.
SHIPPING METHODS: Unless otherwise noted, all products ship via first-class U.S. mail from Chicago, IL. Products weighing more than a pound (2 t-shirts) are shipped USPS Parcel Post. Shipping charges are included in most prices, see listings for details. We're exploring cheaper/faster/slower options, call or email (below) if you have special shipping needs.
SHIPPING TIME: We're making this happen in our spare time. Most orders ship within 24 hours of ordering, but it may take a bit longer.
CANAIDAN/FOREIGN ORDERS: Foreign orders wiill be assessed additional shipping charges. Tariffs and duties are the responsibility of the buyer, and occasionally delay shipping.
SITE WEIRDNESS: We're not entirely impressed with this shopping cart software, but we paid a lot of money for it so we're trying to make it work. Sorry if anything's wonky, there are six million little text fields and form fields we need to address or delete. It might be a while before this site looks as pretty as I'm picturing it in my head. Also, pobody's nerfect and we could conceivably misprice something. In that case, we'll refund the difference, or hold the item and contact you about the difference in cost.
INVENTORY/BACKORDER: Our inventory tracking system is pretty sophisticated, but sometimes we go off and sell things in person, and take sloppy notes, and then it screws up our numbers. So in the event something is sold out, we'll contact you immediately via email. If we're expecting more of the sold-out item, we'll give you the option of putting it on backorder or refunding your money. If the item is not expected back in stock, we'll ship the rest of your order ASAP and refund the item cost and shipping charges.
RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: Most items can be returned in original condition/packaging for a full refund (minus shipping charges) or, if the wrong size or flawed, a replacement (shipped on our dime, pending availability). Customized items orders, fabrics, and "Parts Bin" specials are sold as-is and are not refundable or exchangeable. These and other non-refundable items are clearly described as such in their descriptions.
